Mike Schmidtmann is a business coach, skills trainer and peer group facilitator for owners and sales managers. He led sales for Inacom Communications for 10 years before founding and building a $30 million business unit for SPS covering five states.

Schmidtmann led IT sales teams for more than 20 years before founding his current practice. He now works with MSPs and solution providers across North America on sales recruiting, new business development and profit growth. In addition, he authors the award-winning Trans4mers blog, a humorous take on sales and management.
