Amber Bardon, Founder & CEO of the full-service managed technology provider exclusively serving senior living communities, Parasol Alliance, has almost two decades of experience in the senior living and long-term care technology industry. Ms. Bardon is credited with growing a virtual multi-state workforce by 400% since the company's inception, and the company she founded, Parasol Alliance, has won 23 workplace awards in the past six years.

Parasol Alliance has also been ranked in the "Top 501 Managed IT Service Providers" in the World for the last 6 years by Channel Futures MSP 501 (including the #4 ranking in 2022!). Since establishing Parasol Alliance in 2015, Ms. Bardon been featured in Project Management Institute's magazine, PM Network, and in an several professional publications including an entrepreneurial success article written by Channel Futures.

She is also the host of the "Raising Tech" podcast for senior living.
