Gilli Aliotti is a dynamic communicator and creator with an uncanny ability to execute anything, anywhere, in a big way. Originally from Australia, she has lived her entire life outside the box as a creative and digital disrupter. An efficiency expert, executive business and leadership success coach, tech and media Fortune 500 Leader and executive MBA graduate, Aliotti operates at the cutting edge of media, technology and excellence. She focuses on coaching leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations on building agility, operations and leadership capabilities, and achieving incredible ROI for their ideas or businesses. She has a knack for scaling business operations, leading change management and enabling high-performing teams and culture. At PayPal, Aliotti provides strategy consultancy to the office of the CIO on operations transformation and establishing the center of excellence. At Google, as head of PMO and support operations, she led the technical program delivery and business operations for Google's worldwide portfolio of Geo products including Google Maps and Google Earth, managing a staff of 170. Prior to joining Google, Aliotti led the PMO as senior vice president of program management at Paramount, launching Paramount+ worldwide, driving technical delivery excellence and agile transformation at scale. At Technology Startups before that, she was instrumental in launching direct-to-consumer and SaaS products to market, playing a C-suite operational role. Previous roles include product management at Yahoo, and The Walt Disney Company. Aliotti is passionate about solving large, complex business problems across multiple time zones and teams, and scaling and maturing business and engineering processes towards alignment around value and towards business agility. She is also CEO of theCrea8ve, which powers entrepreneurs and individuals to launch brilliant ideas, monetize passions and unlock creative solutions to solve big business challenges. ​
