Before COVID impacted the cruise industry Carnival Corp. was enjoying what leaders said was the golden age of cruising with 27 million people boarding ships each year. Carnival was focused on reimagining the guest experience on the high seas and improving the customer experience with high-touch technology along with the human touch of the hospitality industry. COVID clearly disrupted the industry which has rebounded strongly, using innovative technology to provide personalization for guests in its quest to produce the best cruise experience available. In this session, attendees will hear from Carnival CIO Sean Kenny who joined the company in 2017 from Ernst & Young on his priorities to move the enterprise forward, what he looks for in partners and how channel partners can play a role in supporting the cruise line operator.
